A PERFECT PLACE TO STAY!
The Belltown loft is the perfect place to stay in Seattle! The website photos are accurate representations of the loft, and its beauty and tasteful decorating provide a relaxing environment. We stayed with our family of six, and even with two adults, three teenagers, and a 12-year old, there was plenty of room. We never felt crowded. We had all the comforts of home with the convenience of being a block from Seattle’s waterfront. The neighborhood is so safe that we let our teenagers walk to the shops alone. It’s only a short walk to the Space Needle, Pike’s Market, Olympic Sculpture Park, Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront shops and piers. Luxurious bathrooms, comfortable bed, two televisions, fireplace, washer and dryer, parking garage…it doesn’t get better than this! I would strongly recommend the Belltown loft to my family and friends.

GREAT LOFT AND LOCATION!
My husband and I brought our 15 yr old daughter and 2 friends. Walking and public transportation nearby! Had a great time and would highly recommend. Waterfront was beautiful. The girls are all into photography so we will all have happy memories. Thanks!

I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS WONDERFUL PLACE!
My family chose the Belltown loft for our first stay in Seattle. We were completely pleased with everything about the loft. If you are looking for a comfortable home away from home this is your place to stay! Every detail has been taken care of in the loft. You are very close to the Space Needle and Pike Place Market. There is a market right on the corner with everything you might need. We would walk to the market get our fresh veggies and salmon, shrimp, and mussels and walk back to the loft to cook up a wonderful dinner! I cannot say enough about this wonderful place. THE OWNER WAS SUPER NICE TO HELP US…
We stayed at this unit recently for 3 nights and we had a great time. It is about a 10 min walk from the Seattle space needle and Seattle Pacific Science Center. It is about 3 blocks from the water/pier area in a very safe neighborhood. It is near tons of restaurants. Even though it is on the first floor, the convenience was absolutely worth it. Also, we had a little issue with the parking garage, but I contacted the owner and she was super nice to help us with alternate arrangement for parking. All in all, this loft was a great place to stay during our visit to Seattle.

GREAT PLACE! … EVEN BETTER OWNERS
A few buddies and I were in town to catch some Mariner’s games and wanted a place we could all rent together, instead of 2 or three hotel rooms. This looked to be what we wanted….turned out to be perfect! Not only is it a wide open condo, with high ceilings and lots of windows, but it was close to everything. Pictures are very accurate. You can walk to the stadiums if the weather cooperates, (or $8 cab ride), walk to the needle, walk to the shopping district, a few blocks from the beach and park, and you are only blocks from some of the coolest pubs in the downtown. On top of all that, you have the owners who really do everything to make your stay enjoyable and stress free. Quality rental place in all aspects, and reasonably priced. Next time i come to Seattle, i will definitely look for this place again. Thanks Kinam! Awesome job!

WHAT A WONDERFUL TIME WE HAD AT YOUR LOFT!
I want to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your Loft this past week. The location was perfect… We especially appreciated the small things you had in the apt. that we didn’t have to go purchase; paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. You’d be surprised how many VRBO properties we’ve stayed in that didn’t provide these small convenience items. The nicest thing about the apartment was the feeling of “calm” via the art and lack of clutter. It was aesthetically soothing, yet not so “museum-like” that the kids didn’t feel comfortable. That’s a difficult balance to achieve and the Loft did it perfectly. We make an annual visit… and will be in contact with you about next year. This is the first place we’ve stayed in Seattle that my husband was enthusiastic about coming back to!

SO MUCH BETTER THAN OUR USUAL HOTEL ROOM!
Wow – Seattle’s downtown has certainly changed in the 10 years we’ve been away! The Loft was lovely and reintroduced us to a part of Seattle we avoided when living here. Thanks for the great accommodations and the ease with which arrangements were handled. We will probably be back again next summer. So much better than our usual hotel rooms in Seattle!

IT IS SO SPACIOUS, BRIGHT AND COZY ALL AT THE SAME TIME!
We had a wonderful time in Seattle, and enjoyed the loft immensely. It is so spacious and bright and cozy all at the same time. We parked the car on the Saturday when we arrived, and didn’t take it out again during our stay. We walked to the Convention Center via Pike market, and were surprised at how quick the walk was. The loft is in a GREAT location. Too bad none of us play the piano! I hope you found everything in order. Thank you very much again for allowing us to stay in “The Loft.”

What a nice place! Modern, cozy and convenient. Walking distance to the [Pike Place] Market, downtown and one block from the waterfront. 1,200+ square feet and a piano (I can’t play but it was fun to try.) Our first trip to Seattle and this loft helped make it a great one. Was going to pay $150+ for a hotel, but instead we had it all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

WE ENJOYED EVERY MOMENT!
We stayed at the loft for a week and enjoyed every moment, from first entry you could see it was very spacious and all fixtures and fittings to the highest standards. We were also happy to find just about every item you would possibly need on vacation except, of course, for food, no need to run out for little things you had forgotten. The location is good… we had a car which can be parked in a convenient place right next door to the apartment, downtown is within easy walking distance as is the waterfront. We had a few questions during our stay and found the proprietor Kinam to be very efficient and helpful, we would highly recommend this place for a Seattle vacation.
